The Manual #12 - Bond, Bradley Cooper & Netflix

After taking a short break, The Manual returns this week with show stalwart and all round movie genius Brian Lloyd.

Brian and Mike discuss the impact new Bond flick Spectre has had on the site, and ponder if the film is actually any good. They also find the perfect replacement for Daniel Craig - if he decides to move on from the role - while chatting about possible future directors.

Elsewhere Hollywood A-lister Bradley Cooper looks to have another underperformer on his hands as Chef flick, Burnt, suffers some extremely poor reviews. The lads thrash out possible explanations for another mid range budget failure for Cooper and ponder if it would've been better suited to Netflix.

The Manual #11 - Colin Farrell

Colin Farrell is one of the most popular actors to come from these here shores. The North Dubliner broke onto the scene 15 years ago as the lead in war flick, Tigerland, and quickly established himself as a leading man of choice for many top tier directors in Hollywood. His career has had many ups and downs, but the Golden Globe winning actor does some of his finest work in the beautifully mental 'The Lobster'. He talks to Mike about his work in the film and his career; while Mike makes a case for his most underrated flick. We're not sure he's convinced.
