The Manual #22: Conor McGregor's strength and condition coach John Connor talks UFC 196 and more

John Connor is one of the top strength and conditioning coaches in the country. He's the co-founder and co-owner of The Irish Strenght Institute, which is based on Leeson Street, Artane and Malahide.

He's also involved in the strength and conditioning of the top combat sports athletes in the world, working with IBF and WBA Super-Bantamweight Champion Carl Frampton, UFC Featherweight Champion Conor McGregor, and the professional fighters out of SBG Ireland.

He talks to Mike about McGregor's recent loss and what the jump up in weight classes really meant, Frampton's win over Scot Quigg, and the use of steroids in elite sport and beyond.
